The Moose Nest is a woman-owned dream turned into a brand that embodies comfort, luxury, and practicality. Inspired by the love and loyalty of my late dog, Moose, I created a line of blankets that blends elegance with durability—because I believe that comfort should never be compromised by life’s little messes.

The Heart Behind the Brand

The name "The Moose Nest" is more than just a brand—it’s a tribute to Moose, my 9-year-old soul dog, who passed away in November 2023. Moose adored curling up in soft, cozy blankets, his perfect nest. So, it only felt right to create a collection of blankets that would honor his memory, one that would reflect the warmth, love, and comfort he brought to our home. His spirit continues to inspire everything we do.

As someone who cherishes a beautiful and calming home, I’ve always struggled with the balance of wanting stylish pieces while keeping them functional for real living. I often found that the pretty throws I loved would lose their charm after just one wash. That’s when I decided to create something different.
