Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we're happy to accept returns within 60 days. Here’s everything you need to know:
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Exceptions: Please note that final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Initiating a Return: To begin a return, simply visit our Returns Portal or send us an email at TheMooseNestCo@gmail.com.
Packaging: if using a return label, you can use the original box or another suitable one, but make sure to cover any old shipping labels. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping will be provided by the customer unless approved through our customer service team.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at TheMooseNestCo@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. While they typically begin immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For returns using a label, refunds may take up to two weeks after the item is inspected and approved.
Please note, returns received after the 60-day window may be refused at our discretion. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
