Shipping policy

We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays.

Orders shipped within the continental US have 2-7 day transit times with ground shipping. Alaska and HI have longer transit times. This is expected.

We do offer expedited shipping at checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping begins when the order ships - which is after our standard order processing times.

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier for any reasons. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for delayed packages.

If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, The Moose Nest is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities. If you have not received your package after 15 days past the expected delivery date, you can reach out to us to submit a claim and we can contact the carrier on your behalf.

The Moose Nest is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.
